DeepWind respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. DMCA Notice Requirements

To file a notice, provide:

1. Physical or electronic signature of copyright owner
2. Identification of copyrighted work
3. Identification of infringing material
4. Contact information
5. Good faith statement of unauthorized use
6. Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
